It really, really bugs me and makes absolutely no sense to arrange your life insurance other than through a broker. If you deal directly with a bank or institution then you can only get what they offer which, is more often than not, one insurers premium rate. By dealing with a broker you get the choice of rates from all the leading insurers as well as access to special rates and discounts. Rant over……..
