Letterkenny Credit Union is delighted to support Roisin Hegarty and her training with Boxings High Performance unit in Dublin. We hope to see Roisin add to her successes after recently winning a Gold Medal at the U15 European Championships. Roisin will be representing Ireland in the u17s 4 nation(Ireland,England, Scotland &Wales) tournament in Motherwell next week.Congratualations Roisin on being selected and best of luck from all at LKCU.

The Board , BOC and Staff of Letterkenny Credit Union extend our deepest sympathy to founding member of Swilly Mulroy Credit Union, Martin McVey, and his family on the passing of his beloved wife and much-loved mother, Brid.
Brid gave many years of dedicated voluntary service to the credit union and her community. She was a familiar and valued presence at school collections and the annual Credit Union school quiz, always giving her time generously. She was also known for her wonderful baking, especially at Christmas, which brought great enjoyment to all.
Above all, Brid will be remembered for her warmth, kindness and friendly visits to the office. She will be sadly missed by all who knew her. Ar Dheis Dé go raibh a hanam

A New Chapter Begins

We are delighted to officially announce the opening of Letterkenny Credit Union, following the successful merger with Swilly Mulroy Credit Union. This marks an exciting milestone for our members and community.

This achievement would not have been possible without the dedication, commitment, and teamwork shown throughout the entire journey. A heartfelt thank you to all our staff who worked tirelessly behind the scenes to get us to this stage.

We would also like to extend our sincere thanks to the Wellington IT and .ie teams for their exceptional work on the systems integration and for providing consistent, expert support every step of the way. Your guidance and responsiveness played a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and successful transition.
