🎨🌈 The Credit Union Art Competition 2026 is here!

This year's theme, A World of Colour, invites people of all ages to explore the colours, experiences and perspectives that make our world unique.

From vibrant landscapes and cultural celebrations to moments of everyday beauty, there are endless ways to bring this theme to life through art.

📧 Entry forms are being emailed directly to schools and can also be downloaded from our website.

🌱 In support of a more sustainable future, all competition materials are now available in digital, editable formats, helping to reduce paper use while making participation easier than ever.

We can't wait to see the creativity on display across our community!

Congratulations to Andrea O'Keeffe (Inagh/Kilnamona), our Clare Credit Unions & The Clare Echo Player of the Week!

Andrea produced a superb performance in Inagh/Kilnamona's opening-round Senior Camogie Championship victory over Clooney/Quin, finishing with an impressive 1-6 from play and playing a key role in her side's strong start to the defence of their McMahon Cup title.

Well done, Andrea, on a fantastic display and a well-deserved recognition! 👏💚

💜 Supporting spaces where communities come together.

We're delighted to support Kilmurry McMahon Community Centre through our Community Fund.

Funding was used to modernise the centre's facilities, creating more flexible and creative spaces through a new layout designed to make the building accessible and welcoming for all community groups.

The upgraded facilities are already enhancing activities such as music sessions and Fitness for Fun classes, while also helping the centre develop new groups and opportunities for local people to get involved.

The Community Centre is a vital resource for the area, hosting meetings, training courses, ICA gatherings, Parents' Association activities, school gym sessions, concerts and much more. It provides a welcoming space where people can learn, connect, stay active and participate in community life.

We're proud to support projects that strengthen our communities and ensure valuable local facilities can continue to grow and thrive for years to come.
