I hope everyone is ready for Christmas, We all know about stress and pressure at Christmas time and apart from Money worries, and the right Presents, Meeting the in laws.. Christmas and New Yr have one have the highest su***de rates at more than double, any other time of the year. Just remember there are people under pressure, feeling lonely, lost and alone. This Christmas I ask you to call or send a card to a lonely neighbor a forgotten family member, If you have ample food on your table think about a neighbor who might not, would they appreciate a Christmas dinner because if they have lost their wife / husband will they make one for themselves. Giving a little especially at this time of year actually counts for a lot. And this is the season of giving not taking... I Wish everyone who reads this and those who don't a wonderful Christmas whether your in on your own or with your whole family keep smiling and let the joy enter your hearts. Love from Avalon..
