Meet the Pets of CluneTech! 🐶⬇️

As part of our August CSR Spotlight in aid of animal welfare, we invited our teams around the world to share photos of their beloved furry friends, and the entries did not disappoint! ✨

Over the past few weeks, we’ve been introduced to some seriously cute, very funny and completely lovable members of the wider CluneTech team 💙

BUT! The competition was about more than just brightening up our Workvivo feed. For every person who took part, CluneTech made a monetary donation to our dedicated animal welfare charity this month 🧡

A huge congratulations to our winners, Leo, Miko and Fifi, all of the Pets of CluneTech and of course, their humans for supporting such a worthy cause 🤩

💙 Supporting the I Want a Baby Foundation in Varna, Bulgaria

We are proud to share that CluneTech has made its fourth consecutive donation to the I Want a Baby (Iskam Bebe) Foundation in Varna, helping to fund psychological support groups for individuals and couples experiencing infertility.

🌟 Our Impact

Since we began supporting the programme in 2023, more than 55 women have received psychological and emotional support through individual counselling sessions, therapeutic support groups and access to valuable information. Over this period, five support groups have been organised, each lasting between three and six months, while individual counselling continues to support women throughout their fertility journeys.

One of the most meaningful indicators of the programme’s impact is that, since the beginning of CluneTech’s partnership with Iskam Bebe in Varna, 27 children have been born to women who have taken part in the programme.

🌱 The Power of Psychological Support

Many participants begin their journey after experiencing unsuccessful IVF attempts and medical procedures, often carrying significant levels of stress and anxiety. By combining fertility treatment with professional psychological support, the programme helps women and couples navigate what can be an emotionally challenging and unpredictable journey.
According to the psychologists supporting the programme, 60–70% of women attending the support groups go on to have a child and feel better prepared for motherhood.

👶 20 Years, 20,000 Dreams Come True

In 2027, Искам бебе will celebrate its 20th anniversary. Over the past two decades, thanks to the joint efforts of the foundation, volunteers, patients, doctors, psychologists, public institutions, responsible businesses and individual donors, more than 20,000 much-wanted children have been born.

These are not just numbers. They represent dreams coming true, support offered when it is needed most, and thousands of families given hope for the future.

We are honoured to continue supporting this meaningful cause and the important work of the team in Varna, Bulgaria.

Today, our colleagues spent their Volunteer Day at the "Pencho Slaveykov" Regional Library in Varna. They rolled up their sleeves and helped move books from the library archive to a new room, as well as organize and arrange the library collection.

☀️ Summer Party Memories: Our Varna Kids’ Summer Party! 💦

After a summer full of celebrations, it’s time to share with you the photos from our Kids' Summer Party in Varna! 📸

On 25 July, employees from Varna and the surrounding areas joined us with their families for a day of summer fun. Despite the cloudy start to the morning, the sun came out just in time for everyone to enjoy the water slides, Crazy River and kids’ pools - making it another memorable day and one of the most eagerly anticipated events of the year for our youngest CluneTech family members. 💦☀️

And honestly, we couldn’t ask for a better answer. It’s the people who make CluneTech what it is, and hearing this from our colleagues makes all the hard work behind the scenes so worthwhile.

What a brilliant day at Kilkenny HQ for this year’s Family Fun Day! 🎉

There was plenty going on throughout the day, with the kids enjoying our range of bouncy castles, getting stuck into arts and crafts, face painting, makeovers and plenty of other activities 🎨

The gaming and entertainment stations were a big hit with the older kids too, while parents had a chance to catch up, relax and enjoy some time with the family 💙

We even had some very special VIP guests drop by! Jessie from Toy Story and none other than our CluneTech Minion making an appearance 🤠💛 Safe to say, they were firm favourites with the kids ✨

And of course, there was plenty of food and treats to keep everyone happy! 🍪🍟

A big thank you to Airmax Inflatables Bouncy Castles , O'Shea's Fish & Chips, Party Dreamers , Leinster Marquee Hire , The Cookie Co-op and Blooming Balloons for helping make the day such a success.

Most importantly, thank you to all our colleagues and their families who came along and made the day what it was. It was great to see everyone enjoying themselves and making some lovely memories together.
