The 8th edition of CluneTech’s Career Counselling Programme successfully concluded yesterday in our office in Varna, Bulgaria. 🎓

Through a series of monthly sessions, our year-long high school programme is designed to help young people develop the skills they need to make the most of their career exploration, job search, and application journey. With the support of experienced HR professionals and guest lecturers, students learn how to create impactful CVs and video resumes, prepare for job interviews, and identify the most relevant job opportunities on the market.

A special thank you goes to Николена Дончева, Encho Yordanov and Hristiyan Vasilev, who contributed to the programme by conducting mock job interviews and mentoring students on how to enter the market with greater confidence and preparation, as well as to Кристина Илиева, who has been the main driving force behind the programme for almost a decade now.

Our Career Counselling Programme, along with our internship and graduate initiatives, reflects our ongoing commitment to local communities and our belief in supporting young talent by offering opportunities to learn and grow in an innovative and collaborative environment. 💙

From the first serve to the final point, the Kilkenny Singles League once again showcased the talent, commitment and community spirit that makes Kilkenny County & City Lawn Tennis Club such an important part of the local community 🎾

It was a great opportunity to meet the players, volunteers, coaches and club members whose passion and dedication continue to drive the success of the club both on and off the court 🧡

Little Heroes, Big Impact ❤️



This International Children’s Day, we are proud to share that for yet another year, CluneTech supported the delivery of the FAST HEROES 112 health education programme in Varna – an initiative focused on a critical health challenge: the timely recognition of stroke symptoms.



The latest edition of the programme in Varna reached 31 kindergartens, 25 schools, 810 teachers and 10,230 children. Through interactive learning, children become “little superheroes” for their families, learning how to recognise the signs of stroke and react quickly in emergency situations.



The true impact of the initiative goes far beyond the classroom. While children are the ones being trained, the programme’s real goal is to educate their families - especially parents and grandparents, who are among the most at risk. Each child is expected to share this knowledge with up to six adults in their family, potentially reaching more than 62,000 people this year alone and helping raise awareness about stroke symptoms and the importance of immediate action.



Bulgaria remains among the European countries with the highest stroke mortality rates, making awareness and quick action especially important. FAST HEROES 112 more than an educational programme - it is a meaningful cause that raises awareness and helps save lives, and we are proud to continue supporting it. ❤️

We were delighted to welcome some of the Kilkenny District Soccer League U14 team to CluneTech yesterday, where they proudly produced the All-Ireland Cup trophy following their brilliant victory in the final at the University of Limerick.

Defending their title as reigning champions is an incredible achievement and a testament to the hard work, talent, and dedication of the players and coaching team. Congratulations to everyone involved! 👏🥳

With that success still fresh in the memory, attention now turns to the 2026 Gaynor Cup, where another talented Kilkenny District Soccer League squad will take to the national stage next week at the University of Limerick!

Months of preparation have gone into reaching this point, and CluneTech is proud to support these young players as they represent their clubs, league, and county. We wish the squad and coaching team the very best of luck for the tournament and look forward to following their journey throughout the week 🤩⚽

Fintua’s Tax Academy Returns for a Second Edition 📚

Following the success of its first edition in 2025, Fintua’s Tax Academy returned this month with an even stronger focus on practical learning and real-life collaboration.

Designed as an internal training initiative tailored to the needs of Fintua teams, the Academy aims to deepen colleagues’ VAT knowledge while helping them better understand the wider impact of their work, client communication, and compliance processes.

The training brought together colleagues from across the business, with approximately 45 participants joining the sessions in Varna and a further 30 taking part in Veliko Tarnovo. Participants represented nearly every Fintua team, highlighting the strong culture of continuous learning and cross-team collaboration across the organisation.

Well done to all participants, as well as our mentors who are the driving force behind the Academy! 👏

The 8th edition of CluneTech’s Career Counselling Programme is almost coming to an end, and what better way to wrap it up than with a special guest. ✨

Yesterday, we had the pleasure of welcoming Gergana Stoeva from Кариерен център ИУ-Варна. As a GCDF-certified career counsellor, Gergana inspired students from Варненска търговска гимназия "Георги Стойков Раковски" through a series of engaging exercises designed to help them open up, explore their strengths, values and interests, and build a strong foundation for their future career aspirations.
