We’re incredibly proud of both recognitions, which reflect the continued focus we place on creating a positive and supportive employee experience.

Over the years, that has meant listening to our people and continuing to evolve how we work, from flexible and hybrid working and Lifework Days to initiatives such as our EmpowerHer Programme and enhanced leave policies.

Most importantly, these awards reflect the people behind our culture 🫶

Celebrating Certification Nation Day 2026 🥳

Today, we’re proud to celebrate Certification Nation Day and another year as a Great Place to Work Ireland ® Certified™ organisation 💙

This year’s theme, “We’re turning Certification into action,” feels especially fitting as today also marks the final day of our Great Place to Work employee survey 🙌

The feedback shared through the survey gives us valuable insight into what’s working well and where we can continue to improve. Every year, these insights help guide conversations across the business, including with our Senior Leadership Team, as we focus on the areas that matter most to our people 🧡

🏆 Ending the week on a high note 🏆

We are absolutely delighted to be back from the Career Show Awards with two more recognitions! 🎉

Our latest wins came in the BG Top 100 Talents Index, where Zornitsa Bangieva-Angelova and Albena Pashova took home awards. Congratulations also to Georgi Cholakov and Nikolena Doncheva, who were named finalists out of 400+ nominees, which is an incredible achievement in itself!

These accolades join the five awards won by CluneTech and the two won by Vesselina Marinova from Fintua earlier in September, bringing our total to nine awards from Career Show this year.

Well done to everyone! 💙

🍼 Veliko Tarnovo's First Breastfeeding Bench 💙

Yesterday, on 5th October, Veliko Tarnovo's first breastfeeding bench was officially unveiled in Druzhba Park 🙌

The bench is one of a kind and was created to help build a more inclusive urban environment for families, especially mums with young children 🌳 It was fully sponsored by CluneTech and supported by Veliko Tarnovo Municipality.

The unveiling brought together mums and their babies, who received small gifts to mark the occasion. Visitors also had the chance to speak with breastfeeding consultants and early childhood development specialists, who were there to share advice and answer questions.

The initiative is part of our CluneTech Cares CSR programme and reflects our commitment to parents of young children, to building inclusive environments and to supporting the communities where we operate 💙
