Network Ireland Kildare Branch is a progressive, dynamic networking organisation supporting the professional and personal development of women. Our membership is made up of a very diverse group of women, from budding entrepreneurs, SME owners, professionals and leaders in indigenous and multinational organisations to non-profits, charities, arts and the public sector. We have a strong voice and ar

e interested in promoting diversity and equality, entrepreneurship and leadership development; collaborating with like-minded people and organisations. Established in 1983, Network Ireland has over 500 members, with eight very dynamic branches across Ireland. Through our branch network we organise in excess of 100 events annually for like-minded people to come together to collaborate, share ideas, knowledge and support - most of which are free to our members. We also run a number of flagships national events, including our International Women’s Day Celebration and our Annual Conference and business Awards.

Network Ireland Kildare Branch President (2024) and Vice President (2023), Anita Meenehan is an accomplished Business Manager with more than 10 years of leadership experience across the pharmacy, retail, and trade sectors.

Recognised for her award-winning management style, Anita has built a reputation for delivering high-performing teams, exceptional customer experiences, and strong business development outcomes through strategic leadership, communication, and relationship-building.

Passionate about improving the health and wellbeing of people and communities, Anita combines commercial awareness with a people-first approach. Her ability to adapt, innovate, and lead within fast-paced environments has enabled her to consistently drive operational excellence while fostering positive workplace cultures built on trust, collaboration, and accountability.

Anita is highly regarded for her networking expertise and commitment to supporting entrepreneurs, organisations, and business communities. Since joining Network Ireland Kildare Branch in 2019, she has become a respected leader within the organisation, earning the Network Ireland Kildare Businesswoman of the Year "Employee Shining Star" Award and later representing Kildare as a National Finalist in Cork. She joined the committee in 2020 and quickly became a key contributor to the growth and development of the Kildare branch, later serving on the National Executive Committee and taking on the role of National Sponsorship Officer.

After joining Face Credit Consultancy in April, Anita looks forward to contributing to an already strong and established team while supporting the continued growth and scaling of the business model. Bringing with her a wealth of leadership, networking, and business development experience, Anita is excited to play a key role in driving brand awareness, strengthening client relationships, and contributing to the company's ongoing success and future expansion.
