Invited onto RTE Television next Tuesday (8th Oct) as a Regional Panelist for live commentary on Budget 2020.

Quoted in todays Irish Independent newspaper in relation to retirement and debt management. Interviewed on Newstalk National Radio for an hour in August.

I guess the "Talk" in Talk Financial is getting heard 😊

Worried about Greece? There's worse! China is imploding quietly. Govt interfered by tempting investors away from property bubble into equity...and created a stock bubble instead! Could be an idea to invest there now, but not for the faint hearted!

Congrats to all in Greece who voted today. Both the YES and NO voters have done all of EU a favor by yielding a clear and resounding decision that cannot be misinterpreted. EU spin doctors may do some further scaremongering but the bottom line is that Greece has democratically voted to reject EU proposals. As EU members, their view is as valid and important as any other. Well done Greece for showing the rest of the EU what political leadership looks like.
Your future may be difficult but at least now, it's yours.

If Greece votes YES tomorrow, nothing will change in EU. If they vote NO, our Greek neighbours will have forced change within EU in terms of how bigger nations treat smaller members. Implied threat of Greece being forced out is nonsense. EU membership is irrevocable by EU constitution. Greece needs to change but so does EU. Spin about Greek black market, cash-only, oversized public sector...that is also true of Italy, Spain, Ireland etc. If the Greek condition is just worse than other members as opposed to being unique, does that vindicate all members except Greece?
