Once you appoint us to represent your interests in negotiations with Insurers representative we do charge a fee which is generally based upon a percentage of the final settlement figure. The amount of this fee will be discussed from the beginning and will be fully agreed prior to commencement. The calculation of the fee can vary dependent on the size of the claim etc. Our fee is generally not covered by Insurers as we do not work for them, we will however prove that both the additional value and benefit we bring to you will more than compensate for the cost of our fee.As it is your decision to utilise our experience, we would note that Insurers will pay their representatives (Loss Adjusters) to represent their interests.
