Electric Ireland has announced price increases of 8% on electricity and 7.7% on gas from 1st July, adding over €250 a year to the average household bill.

If your home isn’t well insulated, you’ll feel this increase even more. The good news is that SEAI grants can make a real difference, with heat pump grants of up to €12,500 available.

We were absolutely delighted to sponsor a team in the recent Glanmire Football Club Golf Classic. Our sponsored team, made up of Mark Cronin, Conor Byrnes, and Keith O'Hourihane, put on a fantastic performance, winning the minor section and finishing an impressive 7th place overall!

It was a brilliant event for a fantastic local club. Well done to the lads and to everyone involved in organising a great day out on the greens!

Important Update: Online Transactions and Account Balances

We are aware of a technical issue that affected some account transactions and balances on Sunday, 17th May.
Please be assured that we are working urgently with our payment partners and system providers to fix this. Here is the latest update on what is being done:

What happened: A processing error on Sunday caused some transactions to show up incorrectly, which may have temporarily affected your displayed balance.

What we are doing: We are currently working to automatically reverse these incorrect entries. This will fix the balance on your account.

When will it be fixed: Our technical teams are assessing this right now, and we will update you as soon as the reversal process is confirmed.

Current status: All of our main banking services and platforms are now operating completely as normal.

(Please note: A separate, European-wide system issue affecting Instant Payments also occurred yesterday, which we are tracking closely and communicating about separately.)
