⚠️ Fraud Alert – Stay Vigilant ⚠️

We want to make our members aware of a recent scam involving text messages and phone calls targeting credit union accounts.

🚨 How the scam works:
You may receive a text asking you to call a number about “unusual activity” on your account. When you call, the fraudster tries to gain your trust and asks for security details or codes.

❗ Important reminders:
🔒 We will NEVER ask you to share One Time Passcodes (OTPCs) or security codes over the phone
🔒 Never give personal or login details to anyone who contacts you unexpectedly
🔒 Always verify requests by contacting us directly using official contact details

Fraudsters are becoming more sophisticated, even using realistic Irish accents and convincing messages – so please stay alert.

✅ If you receive a suspicious message or call, do not engage and contact us immediately.
