👪 What is a nomination and why is it so important?

A nomination is a legally binding instruction that allows you to name a person, or several people, to receive the funds in your credit union account (up to a maximum of €27,000) in the event of your death. For members aged 16 and over, it offers peace of mind that your chosen beneficiaries can access these funds within a short period of time, helping them manage immediate expenses at a difficult time.

The draw is now open for applications with three guaranteed winners set to receive a bursary towards their education and training:

- Third Level 1st Prize: €1,500 (up to 3 years)
- Third Level 2nd Prize: €1,000 (up to 3 years)
- PLC or Apprenticeship: €500 (one off payment)

🎭 Enniscorthy Credit Union recently met with Buddy Enniscorthy during rehearsals ahead of the launch of their new venture; their upcoming comedy play called 'The Wake' in Aid of the Hope Cancer Support Centre Enniscorthy.

Set in 1962, the play sees character Kenneth return home from London to attend a family funeral. Featuring plenty of characters and storytelling, the play promises to bring a lot of laughs.

All money raised will go towards the Hope Cancer Support Centre.
