Are you a Mortgage Advisor looking for an exciting opportunity to join a thriving Mortgage Brokerage? Have you recently received your APA or QFA? Tracy Beirne Financial Services are expanding, and we're seeking a dynamic individual to join our team.

The Role:

Providing specialist mortgage advice based on customers’ needs.
Managing related paperwork
Generating and developing relationships with various companies and local sources, to find and meet the needs of potential clients.
Liaising and negotiating with banks and direct lenders to find the best loan for the client’s situation.
Accurately assessing the client’s financial circumstances, credit history and affordability, to find their ideal match.
Ensuring their activities are in accordance with banking and financial legislation
Exceeding financial targets and meeting time targets
Maintaining and developing market knowledge and information on all mortgage products and related service.


Requirements:



A relevant mortgage lending qualification (e.g. QFA, CUA, APA Loans).
Must have experience in providing mortgage advice.
Broker experience is an advantage, but banking experience is also considered.
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
Strong knowledge of market leading mortgage products
