Meet Killian Liston, the new President of The Insurance Institute of Limerick.
In his inaugural address, Killian spoke about the important role The Insurance Institute of Limerick Council can continue to play in supporting members, strengthening professional connections and encouraging new talent into the profession.

Having graduated from the University of Limerick’s Risk Management & Insurance programme himself, Killian also highlighted the opportunity for the Council to strengthen engagement with future generations entering the industry.

As he shared:
“We have a tremendous opportunity to engage with the future leaders of our profession.”

Meet Shane McCabe, the new President of The Insurance Institute of Sligo.

In his inaugural address, Shane spoke about the importance of keeping the Institute welcoming, progressive and connected to members across the region.

A key focus during his term will be encouraging greater involvement in the Institute while continuing to promote insurance as a rewarding long-term profession for future generations.

Earlier in the year The Insurance Institute of Dublin Annual Dinner brought members from across the industry together for an evening of recognition, connection and community, led by President Mary Smith.
