Motorcycle Mandatory Course:
IBT, Initial Basic Training, is a mandatory training course that needs to be taken by any person(s) who takes out a first learner permit on or after December 6th 2010.
You will need to complete this training within 30 days of taking the policy to avoid the possibility of your policy being cancelled

Every claim logged has a specific claim number. Take this number as it will be your reference when you contact Insurers.

Claim Handler:
Every Claim has a claims handler. Take the name and direct line number.
