❌ Do not reply or ring numbers provided in the message.
❌ Never share your PIN, password, or one-time codes.

Applying for a loan is now quicker and easier than ever, alongside a full suite of refreshed security and account management screens. These improvements are live now and will appear automatically the next time the app is opened.

-New Streamlined Loan Application: A simpler, faster process designed to guide members smoothly through every step of applying for a loan.
-New Login Screen: A cleaner, modern layout for effortless sign-in.
-Updated Two-Factor Authentication Screen: Fast and simple security checks with less hassle.
-Password Reset: Select the password reset option in the app and follow the on-screen instructions to get access to your account immediately.
-New Forgot Username Feature: Retrieve login details in seconds directly through the app, removing the need to phone our Member Services team. What a buzz at the RDS for Higher Options 2026 this week! 🎓✨

We were delighted to team up with our fellow Dublin Credit Unions to spread the credit union ethos to the future workforce of Ireland. From essential student accounts to our scholarships and bursaries, we were on hand to show the next generation how their local credit union can back their third-level and apprenticeship journey.
