We are delighted to share that, for the fourth consecutive year, credit unions have been recognised as Ireland’s most reputable organisation, topping the Ireland Reputation Index 2026 🏆
With an outstanding reputation score of 81.7, credit unions were one of only two organisations to achieve an ‘Excellent’ rating.
A huge congratulations to credit union staff and volunteers across the country on this magnificent achievement, and a heartfelt thank you to the millions of credit union members nationwide for their continued trust and support 🎉💙

Please be advised that Friday 1st May 2026 is ‘May Day’ a European Bank Holiday. Settlement between banks for SEPA classic payments and SEPA Direct Debits will be closed on that date.
SEPA Instant payments will not be affected.

Payments due to be processed on 1st of May 2026 will not be credited to or debited from accounts as usual.
Payments processed in time on Thursday 30th of April will be received for value on 4th May 2026.
