Larkhill & District Credit Union is a community based credit union. Our primary objective is to promote thrift and provide credit at a fair and reasonable rate of interest. We are member owned and controlled. We operate in line with the Credit Union philosophy:

With weekly repayments made through the Household Budget Scheme, this loan can help make budgeting more straightforward while spreading the cost of essential expenses. First loans are available up to €500, subject to approval.

⚠️ Fraud Alert: Please stay vigilant

We are aware of suspicious text messages claiming to be from the “Credit Union” and asking members to call a security team about unusual activity on their account.

Please remember: Larkhill & District Credit Union will never ask for your online banking login codes, passwords or PINs.

If you receive a message that does not seem right, stop, think and do not share any personal or banking details.

Please be especially cautious of fraudulent texts from numbers such as 51472 or similar, with messages asking you to call a phone number regarding unusual activity on your account.

When in doubt, contact the Credit Union directly using our official contact details.

Here is the recently opened indoor sensory room that we helped sponsor for Child National School in Whitehall.

One of their teachers said the following about the donation, which is made by possible through the support of our members: "We are so thrilled with it and it honestly has had a hugely positive impact on our school.
