We are delighted to invite you to the launch of Jo Gray's photography exhibition tomorrow, 𝗧𝘂𝗲𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝟮𝟭𝘀𝘁 𝗝𝘂𝗹𝘆 𝗮𝘁 𝟯:𝟯𝟬𝗽𝗺, at Drumshanbo Credit Union.

This wonderful exhibition showcases a beautiful collection of photographs capturing treasured moments from the Joe Mooney Summer School through the years, celebrating the music, people and traditions that have made the festival so special.

To mark the occasion, we're delighted that 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗹𝗶𝗲 𝗠𝗰𝗚𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗴𝗮𝗻 will perform a selection of songs, 𝗙𝗿 𝗠𝗶𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗲𝗹 𝗠𝗮𝗵𝗼𝗻 will share a few words, and poet 𝗕𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝘆 will recite pieces inspired by the extraordinary musicians who have come to Drumshanbo over the years.

Drumshanbo Credit Union is delighted to once again support the 36th Annual Joe Mooney Summer School, taking place from 18th – 25th July 2026 in Drumshanbo, Co. Leitrim.

For over three decades, the Joe Mooney Summer School has celebrated the very best of Irish traditional music, song and dance, attracting visitors and performers from across Ireland and beyond. The festival plays a hugely important role in preserving and promoting our rich cultural heritage while bringing a wonderful atmosphere to our town each summer.

We are proud to support an event that showcases the talent, tradition and community spirit that makes Drumshanbo such a special place.

💙 𝗪𝗘'𝗥𝗘 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗨𝗗 𝗧𝗢 𝗦𝗛𝗔𝗥𝗘 𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗦 𝗙𝗔𝗡𝗧𝗔𝗦𝗧𝗜𝗖 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗝𝗘𝗖𝗧 💙

As part of the 𝗖𝗹𝘂𝗲𝗱-𝗜𝗻 financial education programme, the 1st Year students of Drumshanbo Vocational School created this excellent video project showcasing what they learned throughout the module 👏🎬

𝗖𝗹𝘂𝗲𝗱-𝗜𝗻 is designed to help second-level students develop a better understanding of personal finance, encouraging them to think about money management, budgeting, saving and making informed financial decisions for the future 💶

We were delighted to continue our partnership with Drumshanbo Vocational School again this year and to see the creativity, effort and enthusiasm shown by the students throughout the programme.

A huge well done to all of the students involved in producing this project, and thank you to the staff of Drumshanbo Vocational School for their continued support and commitment to financial education each year 👏💙

We were delighted to continue our partnership with Drumshanbo Vocational School (DVS) again this year as the 1st Year students completed the Drumshanbo Credit Union 𝐂𝐥𝐮𝐞𝐝-𝐈𝐧 module 👏💙

𝐂𝐥𝐮𝐞𝐝-𝐈𝐧 is a financial education resource designed for second level students, helping them to better understand personal finance in a clear, engaging and easy-to-follow way.

The programme encourages students to explore their relationship with money and develop the skills needed to make smarter, more informed financial decisions for the future 💶

As part of the programme, the 1st Year students completed a project and were presented with certificates of completion, while the class also received a voucher from Drumshanbo Credit Union 👏

A huge well done to all of the students involved and thank you to the staff of Drumshanbo Vocational School for their continued support each year.
