This is by far the worst car we have had in the shop to date. Not only was it rusted, someone had welded 2-3mm plate everywhere which makes our job alot harder to do.

I think the only part of this car we didn't weld was the roof 😅
When people ask is it fixable I always say 'everything is fixable'.. this defiantly tested that saying for me.
We only painted the engine bay so we could fit the engine after (we don't usually do paint work)

The finished artical was lovely to see after all the work👌

A mercedes MB trac in for restoration.

Another part restoration done on this vw t2 campervan.
Basicly the whole rear end was rebuilt. There were over 600 spot welds in the cargo floor alone 🤯 so it took quite some time to complete.
We don't usually paint anything for people but we couldn't justify putting the engine back in without painting it.
These are the results 💥

Alot of time and effort went into this restoration and we couldn't be happier with the final result of the competed fabrication work, it's off to the paint shop now. Here's a small slide show to show before and after of the build. 💥

We know that you all thought we must be barking mad when we first posted about this job but remember we are the professional help 😉

There's been alot of back and forth about how this was built (getting measurements and diagrams etc) and the frame itself took a while to rebuild but this is just a little video to show how we are getting on with the dennison restoration.

We were happy to extend the life on this mitsubishi evolution recently.
2 new chassis legs at the rear along with pockets, bits of floor pan and front panel replacement.

Delighted with the result. All epoxy primed, seem sealed, undersealed and painted in a nice bright red 😎👌

We thought after first inspection that it was going to be a simple enough panel replacement job but after ripping it we found it was very much the opposite.
We can fix things that have gone this far but unfortunately for what this is its a financial write-off. Sometimes you have to know when to stop.

We haven't posted much in a while because we've been flat out but here is a job we did on a 180sx a few weeks back.

(we didn't do the painting, just thought we would trow it in there to show the transformation)

The car had a 'small tip' and popped all the spot welds in the strut towers due to bad welding repairs and rust so the strength wasn't there anymore. We stitch welded everything when put back to add that extra bit of strength again 💯👌
