So Fuchsia Finance is having a 5km run on Sunday 14th April around Bandon in aid of the Marie Keating Foundation and the Cork Mental Health Foundation. It's €10 to enter for adults and €5 for students, starting and finishing at Coláiste Na Toirbhirte. Entry on the day from 9:30am, run starting at 10:30. Runners and walkers welcome. And to motivate you to join our run, I've made a list of reasons why you should so do it;
-It's for charity.
-You can see how fit you are and how far you can run.
-You can start walking when you realise that you're not as fit as you hoped.
-There will be tea and possibly biscuits provided the recession is not too hard on our bank.
-Going for a run will completely justify eating all of the cake that you will probably eat on Sunday anyway.
-The bank will keep following people around the school until they do it anyway.
-Just think of all the Easter eggs you've eaten (see point about cake).
-It's for charity (I thought that should be said twice).

Well done to Ellen Wall who won our tickets to The Coronas at the Marquee. Commiserations to all the other fabulous people who filled out their loyalty cards but missed out. There's only so much we can do :)

Fuchsia Finance will be open tomorrow instead of Thursday and we'll be having our Easter promotion:) 50 pictures of Easter eggs have been hidden around the school (the dedication we show), which can be exchanged for a chocolate egg at the bank. Also, speaking from experience; stealing from your friends is probably the way to go.

Our apologies for not having the stickers :) We are the unreliable Fiat. Don't worry, anyone who lodged today will get their card stamped next week- I haven't seen people this desperate for stickers since I was about eight, but I'm not complaining :D

Bank will be open tomorrow at big lunch :) Every lodger will be entered into a raffle to win a hamper from Brooke's Pharmacy. It's very nice altogether. Also guys don't forget your LOYALTY CARDS! Once you fill it you'll be entered into a raffle to win tickets to see THE CORONAS play the Marquee on June 29th thanks to ODM Financial. If you don't get your stickers you can't win!!
