If you've received your new Visa Debit card, please activate it as soon as possible. Your current debit card will stop working soon.

To activate your new card, simply use it at any ATM or insert it into a card payment terminal when making a purchase in a shop.

We were delighted to welcome Taoiseach Micheál Martin to officially reopen our newly refurbished and modernised Ballyphehane branch on Saturday.

The redevelopment includes:

New Opening Hours
Effective from 01 September 2026

A decision has been made to revise the opening hours of our Ballinlough and Dillon's Cross offices with effect from 1 September 2026.

We want to reassure members that we understand the important role the Credit Union plays in these communities and remain committed to providing accessible, high-quality financial services to all members.

As member preferences continue to evolve, with increasing use of online and digital services alongside traditional in-person services, we have reviewed how services are delivered across our branch network. Following this review, we have decided to adjust the opening hours at these locations.

While opening hours are changing at these branches, staffing levels remain unchanged across the Credit Union and members will continue to have access to the full range of Credit Union services. This change reflects how members choose to access services and is not related to the financial strength or stability of the Credit Union. The Credit Union remains a safe, strong and secure financial institution where members can continue to save and borrow with confidence.

Members can continue to access services through our branches, mobile app, website and telephone support. Loans can be applied for and drawn down securely through our digital channels at a time that suits you. We also recognise that many members value personal service, and our staff remain available to assist members in person and by telephone.

People are at the heart of our organisation – both our members and our staff.
We remain committed to supporting local communities through sponsorships, community initiatives and the continued provision of face-to-face services across our branch network six days a week or through our digital service offerings which are available at any time.
