bank assurance and brokerage market. He has worked at all levels from administration to training financial advisors to operating as a senior financial advisor looking after key clients. He has been involved in setting up various financial services models in different companies and his last role was as general manager of a large insurance brokerage where he headed a major project over 18 months to build a strategy and internal structure for that company. Geoff set up Spartan Financial Solutions as he truly believes there is a gap in the market for offering serious one to one financial advice to both private clients and business customers. He has built his business model around developing customer relationship management. His mantra centres on helping clients provide for every eventuality and helps to put in place the building blocks of sound financial products that cater for every stage of life. He is an advocate of the “life cycle approach to giving financial advice” i.e. whether you are 20 years old starting out on your first savings account or one year off retirement and wondering how to insure adequate income levels through out retirement both should be viewed with the same level of focus and development.
