Welcome to another installment of Feedback Friday!

With our National Finals in just under a week, we would like to take this opportunity to thank each and every one of our loyal savers for all the support, enthusiasm and positivity throughout the year! Without you, Bullseye Bank would be nothing!

Without further ado, here are some of the queries our customers posed to us this week!

Q1. My brother is in primary school and he wants to open an account, what does he need?

A: If your brother is over 7yrs old he can open a Junior Savings account, he will need his original birth certificate and his parent/guardian to sign the account opening form for him to open an account, it is a deposit account and he will be able to lodge and withdraw money when he chooses!

Q2. Me2U, what is it and how does it work?

A: Me2U allows you to send money to anybody from your mobile! All you need to do is:

1: Select name from the contact list on your phone OR enter the receivers phone number.

2: If the receiver is not registered with Me2U, they will receive a message notifying them that funds are being sent.

3: They will need to go into the link on the text and claim their funds via a VISA website.

As you can see, Me2U is simply another channel to your finances, allowing you to bank on the go!

Thanks again to everyone for all the enthusiasm and support throughout the year! We really appreciate it!

Keeping Your Savings On Point,
Bullseye Bank

Welcome to Feedback Friday! Here are a few questions our members have been asking, we hope this helps you with your banking 🎯

Q1. I just got a parttime job and I want my wages put straight in to my bank account, what do I need to give my boss?
A: Well done, all you need is your IBAN and your BIC, these can be found on your bank statement at the very top or if you are registered with phone/internet banking you can log in and bring up your account details. The IBAN is 22 digits long and your BIC is 8 digits long. 😃

Q2. How can I change my pin number?
A: You can change your pin number at the ATM machine, when you put in your card and put in your usual pin number just select pin services, then pin change and it will automatically change to your new number for you. 🎯

Q3. If I dont use my account will it close?
A: If you open a student account and do not use it, after one year it will automatically be closed but if you do one transaction on your account it cannot be closed.

Thanks everyone for your questions! Keep sending them in we would love to hear from you 😄

Thank you to all who joined us busking yesterday afternoon and also to all who came to listen to us and to donate, we raised a brilliant €230.50 for Mayo Mental Health Association! We had so much fun doing it and feel privileged to give back to such a great cause 🎯
Go on and give their page a like - they're great people and it'd be amazing to see them reach over 1000 likes on their page :) also a special thanks to Andrea Gavin for her motivation, support and generous supply of hot chocolate to keep us going through the wind and the rain 💙❤️💛
