Welcome to another installment of Feedback Friday!
With our National Finals in just under a week, we would like to take this opportunity to thank each and every one of our loyal savers for all the support, enthusiasm and positivity throughout the year! Without you, Bullseye Bank would be nothing!
Without further ado, here are some of the queries our customers posed to us this week!
Q1. My brother is in primary school and he wants to open an account, what does he need?
A: If your brother is over 7yrs old he can open a Junior Savings account, he will need his original birth certificate and his parent/guardian to sign the account opening form for him to open an account, it is a deposit account and he will be able to lodge and withdraw money when he chooses!
Q2. Me2U, what is it and how does it work?
A: Me2U allows you to send money to anybody from your mobile! All you need to do is:
1: Select name from the contact list on your phone OR enter the receivers phone number.
2: If the receiver is not registered with Me2U, they will receive a message notifying them that funds are being sent.
3: They will need to go into the link on the text and claim their funds via a VISA website.
As you can see, Me2U is simply another channel to your finances, allowing you to bank on the go!
Thanks again to everyone for all the enthusiasm and support throughout the year! We really appreciate it!
Keeping Your Savings On Point,
Bullseye Bank
