At the Rockwell College Union AGM last night at the College, outgoing president David Browne (class of 1996) reflected proudly on a successful year filled with achievements, growth and strong community spirit 🎉. Members warmly applauded as he formally handed over the chain of office to Gerry Rockingham,(class of 1991) incoming president for 2026/2027, marking an exciting new chapter for the Union 👏🍀

The Rockwell College Union Annual Dinner, held on 25th April at Hotel Minella, brought past pupils together for an evening of camaraderie, reflection, and celebration. Under the presidency of David Browne, guests enjoyed warm conversation, shared memories, and strengthened lifelong connections in a welcoming and elegant setting for all attendees.

Hearty congratulation to Clonmel Rugby Club on becoming AIL Division 2C champions after their win over Dublin’s Bective Rangers over the weekend.

A special mention to to our former students: Keith Melbourne, Tom O’Dea, Andrew Daly, Joey O’Connor, Henry Buttimer, Sean Sweetman, Brian O’Dea, Aiden Russell, Tom Ross and Conor Bowen.

We also recognise the contribution of committee members and past pupils Fergal Buttimer, Neville Melbourne and Liam Daly.
