🚨 SCAM ALERT
We’re warning members about a sophisticated phone scam where fraudsters are impersonating bank staff and using genuine personal information and knowledge of transactions to appear legitimate.

They may ask you to:
❌ Share security or verification codes
❌ Uninstall your banking apps
❌ Move money between accounts
❌ Transfer funds to another account

Never share security codes or follow instructions from an unexpected caller. Even if they know your name, address or details of a genuine transaction, this does not mean they are genuine.

If you receive a suspicious call, hang up and contact your bank or credit union using a trusted number. Report suspected fraud immediately.
