Doonane. The original Credit Union operated out of rooms in the C.Y.M.S hall in College Street before moving to the Presentation Schools in Tullow Street. Sadly this location, which gave the Credit Union an opportunity to grow, is no longer in existence as it has been replaced with housing and shopping developments at Cathedral Close. In early 1966 the decision to purchase the Burrin Street premises was made and over the years many re-developments have taken place. The continued growth of the Credit Union resulted in the move in 2004 to our present state of the art building - Credit Union House in Askea.
