𝐄𝐝𝐞𝐧 𝐒𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐫 𝐅𝐚𝐫𝐦 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 – 𝟔𝟎% 𝐅𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐝 𝐔𝐩𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞

We’re pleased to share that the Eden Solar Farm Development investment opportunity for 2026 is now 60% funded.

The project centres on the development of Sandford Solar Farm Limited in Kerry, which already benefits from planning permission, grid connection approval, and proximity to a substation. An application is also underway under the Small-Scale Renewable Energy Support Scheme (SRESS) for power offtake.

Of the €1m in funds being raised in 2026, €350,000 will be allocated to the Sandford project, with any remaining capital supporting the advancement of additional solar projects to ‘ready-to-market’ stage for future development.

The investment offering remains open, with a scheduled close date of 31 May 2026. Based on current progress, the round may complete ahead of this date.

This opportunity offers up to 50% EIIS* tax relief for 2026.
There are NO fees for investors at any stage of the investment process.

We’re looking for an experienced part-time Accountant / Accounts Technician to join Green Crowd Ltd, a growing, purpose-driven company working in the renewable and sustainability project funding space. Qualified accountant or highly experienced Accounts Technician welcome to apply.

This role is up to 2 days per week, with hours that can be structured as full days or half days - ideal for someone:

• returning to work
• seeking reduced or flexible hours
• balancing other commitments
• or looking for a meaningful part-time role without full-time pressure

You’ll be hands-on across day-to-day accounting, payroll, VAT/PAYE/RCT, and management accounts, working closely with our Finance Director.

As the business continues to grow, there is real potential for this role to expand over time (if that’s something you’d want).

✅ Unsubscribe Strategically: If you’re not reading it, stop receiving it. Less clutter = less data transfer = lower emissions.
✅ Dark Mode FTW: On OLED screens, using dark mode saves energy and looks slick.
✅ Stream Smart: Download content you rewatch. Streaming repeatedly can use more energy than storing locally.
✅ Green Search Engines: Try using engines like Ecosia, which plants trees for searches.

SRE Renewables are seeking to raise funds to be used to install solar photovoltaic (PV) systems on commercial rooftops across Ireland, providing green electricity to businesses through Power Purchase Agreements(PPA) or Electricity as a Service (EaaS) models. The company is in the final stages of performing due diligence on several projects and will commence trading in early 2026.
