Weโre pleased to share that the Eden Solar Farm Development investment opportunity for 2026 is now 60% funded.
The project centres on the development of Sandford Solar Farm Limited in Kerry, which already benefits from planning permission, grid connection approval, and proximity to a substation. An application is also underway under the Small-Scale Renewable Energy Support Scheme (SRESS) for power offtake.
Of the โฌ1m in funds being raised in 2026, โฌ350,000 will be allocated to the Sandford project, with any remaining capital supporting the advancement of additional solar projects to โready-to-marketโ stage for future development.
The investment offering remains open, with a scheduled close date of 31 May 2026. Based on current progress, the round may complete ahead of this date.
This opportunity offers up to 50% EIIS* tax relief for 2026.
