For the 11th year running, credit unions have been recognised for delivering Ireland’s best customer experience in the 2026 CXi Report, topping both the overall survey and the financial services sector.
Achieving a score of 8.16 out of 10, the result reflects how members experience credit unions, including the value they receive, the service they experience and the trust and relationships built along the way.

Meet Louise Rennie, beef farmer from Co. Limerick and one of Cultivate's Hero Farmers.
In the UN International Year of the Woman Farmer, Louise's story is an important one to tell. Women account for just 13% of farm holders in Ireland, yet make up 34% of all agricultural workers. Their contribution is enormous but the recognition has not always matched it.
We visited Louise's farm along with Cultivate CEO Therese Conway to talk farming, finance and what it means to have supports in place to invest in the growth of your farm.
