It was a great honour to be in attendance at last Saturday’s official Bandon Athletic Club track opening 🟡⚪️

Eoghan and Debbie from Access Credit Union were in attendance and it was fantastic to see the community gather to celebrate this brilliant facility.

A huge well done to all involved over the last number of years who worked hard to bring this vision to life, this new facility will bring endless possibilities for the next generation of athletes here in West Cork.

Makeyourmarkoncancer is a charity walk that takes place every year. The annual 22km walk is held in memory of Mark Prendergast. Hundreds of walkers take to the road beginning at the Viaduct and finishing in the Town Hall in Bandon, raising funds for the Mercy Hospital Foundation Cork.
