Fri: 10.00 – 13.30, 14.30 – 17.00 & 17.30 – 19.45



The Credit Union is run by a Board of Directors who are elected to the Board normally at the Annual General Meeting. They are then responsible for the control, direction and management of the affairs, funds and records of the credit union on behalf of its members

. All Credit Union members after the age of 16 have an equal say in the running of Ballaghaderreen & District Credit Union Ltd regardless of the amount of money they may have in their accounts. Any surplus income generated is returned to our members by way of a dividend or is used to add or improve services for our members. Ballaghaderreen & District Credit Union Ltd is affiliated to the Irish League of Credit Unions since December, 1983 and are serving our members since March, 1984. Ballaghaderreen & District Credit Union Limited is regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland

-Open late Friday evenings until 8 pm;
-Security of savings through the credit union’s fidelity bond and through the Savings Protection Scheme (subject to limits);

New Service ONLINE BANKING

Ballaghaderreen Credit Union is announcing a new member service of On Line Banking.

To REGISTER visit www.ballaghcu.com and click on the register tab. You will then be prompted to complete a Registration Form which will then be submitted to the credit union.

We will then send you a PIN number. You will be then able to transfer monies from your credit union account, pay bills, view your transactions, print statements.

Ballaghaderreen & District Credit Union Limited is owned and run solely for the benefit of it’s members and is a not for profit organisation. It is a financial co-operative that provides savings and loan facilities for the benefit of its members.
