We are delighted to announce that Liz Reynolds will join Resilience Healthcare as Chief Executive Officer.

Liz’s appointment marks an important moment for Resilience as the organisation continues its 3X10X journey, progressing ambitious growth plans while remaining firmly grounded in its purpose of delivering high quality services that enable people
with disabilities to experience the world on their own terms.

A Registered General Nurse, Liz brings deep clinical insight and senior leadership experience across disability services.

Most recently CEO of St Michael’s House, she has led large, complex and highly regulated organisations, with a consistent focus on quality, safeguarding, culture and the delivery of safe, effective services.

With Liz’s leadership, and the continued dedication of Resilience’s teams, the organisation is well positioned to deliver the next phase of its 3X10X ambition, scaling impact while ensuring people and quality remain at the centre.

What does an inclusive workplace look like?

For us, it looks a little like Loaf Pottery.

Together, we created the handcrafted cups now used across our Broadlake offices, each one handmade by talented makers with intellectual abilities and disabilities, and by people with autism.

Their craft, creativity and care remind us what a truly inclusive, empowering workplace can be.

Hear from Karen Smyth & Hannah from the Loaf team to see the heart behind every cup.

We believe growth means having positive impact and partnerships like this one show what’s possible when people are given the environment to thrive.

Thank you to and Cafes & .group!

We were delighted to welcome Karen, Bernie, Claire, and from into our office to share practical ways to support the trans community. From everyday conversations to small acts of visibility, they reminded us that allyship is built through compassion, curiosity, and consistency.

The Mammies were the recipients of this year’s National LGBTQ+ Federation (NXF) and LGBTQ+ Ally Award, which we are very proud to sponsor.

Our sponsorship is a commitment to listening, learning, and amplifying voices like Mammies for Trans Rights, as we continue to shape workplaces and communities where everyone belongs.

Thank you to the mammies for taking time out of their day to meet with us, we really enjoyed the chat.

Talent development is so so important to us at Broadlake, and it is why we launched our two year tailor-made Realising Potential Development Framework earlier this year.

Our ambition is for our employees to feel that by taking part in it makes their roles easier, allows for better teamwork, brings learnings from their peers, allows them to use The Broadlake Tools efficiently to develop their leadership skills and future proof their roles.

It wouldn’t have been possible without Sinead Farrelly and the incredible team of Heads of People across our portfolio, their hard work and dedication brought this vision to life, reaching over 400 employees.

A sincere thanks to our learning partners Julie Ryan and Nicola O’Neill of , the great team in the , and .
