Steel scaffolding/shoring delivers:
• absolute slab stability with no sagging,
• a perfectly level support under the slab so concrete sets exactly to plan,
• minimal deformation risk compared with traditional timber or bamboo props.

✅ 2) Worker safety
• Props are rated for high loads and won’t “wander” under weight,
• Clear access routes and work zones increase both speed and safety on site.

✅ 3) Speed & reusability
• This system assembles and disassembles much faster,
• It’s designed for multiple reuses, saving resources and improving consistency.

❗️Why is this still rare in Bali?
👉 Many sites rely on bamboo or uneven timber props:
• cheap, but unsafe and imprecise,
• prone to settlement during slab pours,
• they distort architectural geometry—something you can’t truly fix later.

Quality construction starts with the details.

In the photos — the process of creating reinforced concrete columns at our site. Take a closer look:

✅ 1. Formwork: galvanized steel + waterproof plywood
We use premium combined formwork — moisture-resistant plywood reinforced with steel rails. This guarantees:
• perfect column geometry (no bulges or misalignment),
• smooth surface finish,
• reusability (eco-friendly and precise),
• and most importantly — firm support under concrete pressure.

✅ 2. Plastic wrap after pouring
This isn’t packaging — it’s concrete curing protection!

Why we do it:
• Maintains surface moisture during the first 24 hours, preventing cracks,
• Helps concrete achieve its full strength rating,
• Produces clean, uniform, and pore-free surfaces.

📌 This is rare in Bali, but we apply European & Singaporean standards:
— stronger reinforcement,
— precise vibration,
— controlled curing,
— and clean geometry from the start.
