NYKO Property is an company based in Melbourne, Australia that specializes in research based marketing of Melbourne property for investment purposes and are currently developing a presence in Indonesia.
Founded in 2008, after we identified a gap in the marketplace for thoroughly researched property options, that have all the credentials to ensure they perform as an investment.

NYKO Property decided to expand its business to Indonesia, on seeing that most of the Australian property of for investment here in Indonesia is High Rise apartment towers in the CBD area of Sydney and Melbourne. These properties in general in Australia are not good investment options as they offer lower capital growth, higher vacancy rates and inflated purchase prices.
At NYKO we offer Boutique Apartments, Townhouses and House and Land packages as these outperform the overall market and are suited to Australian residents that prefer these types of product when renting and purchasing property.
All properties are extensively researched and all of the data that we use to make our decisions in our due diligence process is available for clients to review. By far the most important document with NYKO Property is our Valuations, based on this Valuation we directly market the property at this value. We do not inflate the value of the property, so when applying for finance there are no sudden shocks that the purchase price was inflated by 5-10% that is why we can sell our projects based at minimum 20% deposit instead of the usual minimum 30% deposit.
