PT Pan Pacific Insurance was first established under the name PT Asuransi Jaya Inti on 27 February 1997 with business license in general insurance issued by the Indonesian Ministry of Finance. The Company later transformed from PT Asuransi Jaya Inti to PT Pan Pacific Insurance as stipulated on the Deed of Minutes on 20 November 2007 No. 9 witnessed by notary Machrani Moertolo S
oenarto and authorized by the Indonesian Law and Human Rights Minister on 18 February 2008 No: AHU-07872.AH.01.02.Year 2008. PT Pan Pacific Insurance is a local insurance company with complete product portfolio, allowing the company to compete with other insurance companies within the same category, which gradually increases by the number each year. With complete product portfolio in hand and high quality human resources, PT Pan Pacific Insurance successfully emerged as one of the insurance companies with rapid growth and most trustworthy in just six years. The Company currently records auto insurance and health insurance as the biggest contributors for the Company’s premium. PT Pan Pacific Insurance operates with its headquarter located at Graha Pratama 6th floor on Jl. Haryono Kav. 15, South Jakarta 12810 and supported with 23 branch offices across Indonesia. To welcome the free trade era, especially the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC), PT Pan Pacific Insurance continues to innovate and create breakthroughs including new products with exclusive advantages and high market absorption, and not previously owned by other general insurance companies. PT Pan Pacific Insurance added new categories which are Panfic Travel Care and Shariah Insurance Unit. For its auto insurance product, PT Pan Pacific Insurance partners with hundreds of authorize and non-authorize workshops, which continue to increase in number. PT Pan Pacific Insurance also cooperates with hundreds of hospitals across Indonesia using two schemes Show Card Provider and Swipe Card Provider. These strategies reflect the Company’s commitment in advancing the service quality and speed.
