At the HR Director Indonesia Summit 2026, held on 29–30 May at The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali, Howden contribute as a speaker. Our session focused on the evolving landscape of medical trends, their impact on employee wellbeing, and the resulting implications for overall business costs.

The discussion was led by Christine Wee (Director, Regional Employee Benefits, Asia) and Dr. Meidelin Hoei (Manager, Employee Benefits Wellbeing), who shared valuable insights on how organizations can proactively address these challenges. With Asia projected to experience the highest medical inflation in 2026, the session emphasized the importance of raising corporate awareness and fostering strategic responses.

Following the presentation, Howden continued meaningful engagement at our booth, reinforcing our belief that sustainable business growth is closely tied to the health and wellbeing of employees.

Exponential growth on technology has cost employees to adapt more fiercely to their environment, resulting in a compounding effect of mental health issues.

On 16 March 2026, Howden Indonesia CSR team held an iftar dinner night with Santunan Keluarga Aisyiyah Setiabudi.

We also donated funds, clothings and books for the institution to help the childrens in need.
