We are proud to officially welcome Peakflo to the GFC family as participate in their $4.1 million seed round! Peakflo was part of Y Combinator’s most recent startup batch, aiming to become Bill.com for Southeast Asia.

Peakflo is building a finance operations software for mid-sized companies and growth stage startups in Southeast Asia. It now helps over 50 companies in the region pay bills and send invoices, and also provides a payment layer and integration to account software and enterprise resources planning.

We are excited to see Peakflo continue to grow as it uses the fresh capital to hire more employees. With the impressive customer growth it has seen since its time at Y Combinator, we are optimistic of growth potential and ability to capture the Southeast Asia market.

In the midst of the new Covid19 pandemic, many companies including GFC are implementing mandatory work from home policies.

Being efficient working from home can be a challenge to some people. There could be tons of distractions, and less communication. So, here are 3 tips from our team to help you get the most out of your remote work hours. 😊

1. Create a dedicated working space. Try to make your workspace comfortable with a chair you can sit in for 6 to 8 hours a day. This way you are likely to feel more alert, confident, and organized.

2. Dress like you are at work. It's important to dress the part, this will tell your brain that it's work time and give you a lot more energy.

3. Try to check in with your coworkers at least twice a week, whether by email, phone, or a conference call. You can do this without taking a lot of time, and simply share the most important updates to keep everyone in the loop.

With these tips, we hope you enjoy your time working from home. Good luck!

The new injection was led by Malaysian's Duopharma Biotech, M Venture Partners from Singapore, RHL Ventures from Kuala Lumpur, and other local & international private investors.

Naluri app combines behavioral science, data science, and digital design to offer health coaching and psychological support by assigning health experts to users battling chronic conditions such as diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, chronic depression, anxiety, and stress.
