Sehubungan dengan Cuti Bersama Proklamasi Kemerdekaan, maka Kantor LAPS SJK tutup dan tidak beroperasi pada tanggal 18 Agustus 2025. Jadwal operasional Kantor LAPS SJK akan dibuka kembali pada tanggal 19 Agustus 2025.

Layanan pengaduan/sengketa tetap dapat diakses melalui Aplikasi Portal Perlindungan Konsumen (APPK) OJK dan Surat Elektronik/Email LAPS SJK.

Webinar Series IV LAPS SJK Law Fair 2025 dengan tema “Dinamika Penyelesaian Sengketa Non-Litigasi Terhadap Agunan Pada Fasilitas Kredit Pemilikan Rumah” telah terselenggara dengan baik. Webinar ini menghadirkan dua narasumber, Bapak Sandy Setiawan (Departement Head Mortgage Credit Risk PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk.) dan Bapak Eddy Marek Leks (Managing Partner Leks&Co Lawyers).

Webinar ini memberikan pemahaman komprehensif mengenai konsep kredit pemilikan rumah (KPR), aturan hukum yang berlaku, problematika yang terjadi terhadap proses KPR, hingga peran strategis LAPS SJK sebagai sebagai forum alternatif penyelesaian sengketa di sektor jasa keuangan, terutama terhadap permasalahan KPR.
