-20-35 years old
-A Bachelor degree, graduated from a reputable university or equivalent in any majors
-Experienced as Marketing or in a similar field, min. 1 year
-Have a high sense of motivation and discipline
-Highly committed, persistent, unyielding and able to meet company expectations within limitations and deadlines
-Insightful in analyzing the market and new potential clients
-Time management and work prioritizing ability
-Strong interpersonal communication skills and negotiation skills
-Able to screen, also develop some potential clients
-Have time management skills in carrying out work that is adjusted to the set time and company needs
-Strong analytical, communication, time-management and creativity skills
-Strong ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative Experience with social media

-Planning and developing business and sales strategies in order to achieve the company's goals and set the meeting schedules with client
-Do some market research to find out, screening and developing new potential clients to increase company's sales
-Maintain a long-term good relation with clients
-Able to develop the offering and sales proposal to clients
-Increase the value of current customers while attracting new clients
-Work as a team to build a selling system in order to reach the goals
-Work with other division/back office to fulfill the clients' needs.
-Able in updating monthly data to the company about the work progress
-Able to understand, analyze, and learn about new things, and giving a service to client such as informations, solutions for commonly questions from clients.
