The signage for Dothub Space was designed as a bold visual contrast within its surrounding environment, reflecting the vision of the space as an active design and art gallery supported by commercial programs and public activities.

Using attention-driven yellow inspired by universal signage and alert colors, the system was created to naturally attract curiosity and invite wider public engagement toward design and art. Rather than appearing exclusive or intimidating, the signage adopts humble forms derived from the circular and curved character of the Dothub logo, creating a softer and more approachable presence.

This approach allows the identity to remain visually strong while still feeling open, accessible, and connected to everyday urban life, creating a harmonious connection between the brand’s visual identity and its physical spatial presence.

This exhibition presents Nusaé’s exploration of material—not merely as a physical element, but as a way of thinking within the design process. Departing from the reciprocal relationship between design and material, it positions material as the point of departure that shapes direction, character, and experience.

Developed in its spatial form in collaboration with Dhaniesal, and supported by Paperina and Rimpang Digital, the exhibition frames material as a medium of communication—one that operates through its physical presence and interaction with space.

This approach reflects Nusaé’s ongoing effort to expand graphic design practice—from a two-dimensional medium into a more spatial and integrated experience.
