The rules for short-term rentals are changing.

Deadline: 31 March 2026.

After that, non-compliant villas can be removed from Airbnb and Booking.com. Fines and permit issues are also possible.

From 2026 onwards, every rental needs to be fully licensed, correctly zoned, and properly structured.

It may sound strict. But honestly, it’s good for serious investors. Clear regulation protects your income and filters out risky operators.
