笹正宗1818年創業
創始人岩田善司在會津北高田創立笹正宗,他堅持質量第一的原則,並誠實地銷售優質產品。 從那以後幾代人一直向岩田家族傳授秘密釀酒知識,尤其是在第4代和第5代期間在眾多比賽中獲得了榮譽和一等獎。 在第6代岩田宏史(1956年,昭和31年)拒絕過度現代化和大規模生產,始終以質量為座右銘來釀造清酒。
純米酒製造開始
從1977年(昭和52年)開始生產純米清酒。在1979年6月的東京峰會上,當時的美國總統卡特先生在六本木品嚐了笹正宗的純米清酒,並以極大的好評離開了東京。作為純米酒的釀酒廠僅使用日本消費者聯合會批准的完全無農藥大米的純米酒問世,並在《朝日新聞》上發表。在全國各地都有廣泛報導。在新的清酒評鑑中,獲得了來自日本,東北和福島各地的金獎。近年來笹正宗與農民合作在指定的水稻生產區充分利用稻米,水和氣候,種植了無農藥的有機水稻。使笹正宗成為日本的純米酒制造廠。
Biography of SasaMasamune
Founded in the current location of Kitakata, Aizu, the land of Kiyona, founder Zenji Iwata adhere to the principle of quality first. Since then, he has taught secret brewing techniques to the Iwata family for generations, and especially during the 4th and 5th generations, he was honored with honors and first prizes at numerous competitions. At the time of the 6th generation Hiroshi Iwata preserves own reputation by keeping the sake brewing with the motto of quality first and stick to the traditional brewing techniques.
SasaMasamune started manufacturing Junmaishu in 1977. At the Tokyo Summit in June 1979, President of the United States, Jimmy Carter, tasted SasaMasamune Junmai sake at "Kushihachi" in Roppongi and left Tokyo with great acclaim. Seven years after being supported by people in various fields as a brewery of pure rice sake, in 1986, the Asahi Shimbun released the pure rice sake "Akane Sasu" using only completely pesticide-free rice approved by the Consumers Union of Japan. In recent years, SasaMasamune have cooperated with farmers in Japan of different areas producing pesticide-free, organic rice that makes the best use of the climate of rice, water, and Culture.
