Job Responsibilities:
- Handle daily insurance operations, including quotation/proposal, checking application documents, communicating with insurance companies, calculating commission, generating valuation, managing policy renewals and policy transfer from other brokers;
- Provide administrative and sales support to sales channels
- Handle enquiries from customers and insurance companies;
- Work closely with operations team for the renewal process
Job Requirements:
• University degree is preferable
• Qualification in IIQE Paper 1, 2, 3 & 5 (Paper 2 & 5 are optional)
• At least 1 years relevant experience in insurance industry
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese, and Putonghua
• Proactive, able to handle various projects simultaneously
• Good knowledge on life insurance products, business insurance with company. Premium financing and Trust structure is preferable
• Good in interpersonal, presentation, & problem solving skills
• Strong in PC skills in using MS Office
