Conversations around neurodiversity are becoming increasingly important in education, and meaningful support starts with greater understanding.

Today, Pacific Prime Thailand, in collaboration with AustCham Thailand and HealthDeliver Medical Clinic, hosted a panel discussion on *Understanding Neurodiversity in Children: From Evaluation to Everyday Classroom Experience*.

The session explored an important question: what actually happens after a child receives a psychological assessment, and how do those findings translate into real support at school and home.

We were joined by two exceptional speakers. Dr. Sarunporn Sirikietsoong, a licensed clinical psychologist and neuropsychologist, brought clinical depth to the conversation around assessment and diagnostic support. Priscilla Leighton, Founder of Grace & Grow and inclusive education consultant with over 20 years of experience across international schools in Asia and the U.S., spoke to what meaningful inclusion looks like in practice.

Additionally, Tom Ebbs, our Senior Insurance Advisor – Business Development, provided a brief overview of Pacific Prime's operations in Thailand, emphasising our focus on medical insurance solutions for individuals, schools, and corporate entities.

As we grow professionally, we sometimes lose the curiosity, excitement, and fearless sense of exploration we naturally had as children.

This year’s Pacific Prime Singapore Annual Dinner & Dance 2026 was intentionally designed around the Night Safari theme to remind us to reconnect with that mindset again.

Because curiosity is not just important in childhood, it is equally important in how we work every day.

At Pacific Prime, growth comes from continuously asking questions, learning new things, improving processes, supporting one another, and staying open to new ideas and challenges. The same curiosity that once made us explore the world as children is also what helps us innovate, collaborate, and grow stronger together as teams today.

Held at Forest Lodge, Mandai, the evening was filled with energy, laughter, and memorable moments from Safari Chic outfits and competitive Kahoot battles to wildlife encounters and an exclusive private Night Safari tram ride.

We were also proud to celebrate colleagues reaching 5, 10, and 20 years with Pacific Prime, an incredible milestone and reflection of the people who continue shaping our journey. 🏆

Our Pacific Prime Cebu office proudly hosted the very first official Global Operations Leadership Summit 2026 on May 14-15. This milestone event brought together delegates from our global offices representing Admin Operations and HR.

Over two productive days, teams came together to focus on the future of our global operations with key discussions centered around process optimization, operational efficiency and harmonization, automation initiatives, leadership growth, staff development, and strengthening Cebu's role in supporting global operations.

What made the summit truly special was the level of collaboration, openness, and shared commitment across all offices. The workshops sparked meaningful conversations, practical solutions, and clear action plans that will help shape the next phase of our global operations journey.

Beyond the sessions, we also shared social dinners across both evenings, giving everyone the opportunity to connect on a more personal level. We were also honored to have Neil Raymond and Vittoria Depino grace the occasion and spend time with us throughout the event.

This summit was a reminder of how far we’ve come and how much more we can achieve together.
