NOTICE BY THEATRE NOIR FOUNDATION LTD (“THE COMPANY”)
Please take notice that Mr William Yip (also known as Yip Shun Him, William (葉遜謙) left the Company in or about March 2015.
From March 2012 to March 2015, he acted as the Artistic Director and the Executive Director of the Company. At the time, he was responsible for the artistic development and the financial management of the Company. Upon his departure, the Board of Directors discovered that he failed to report to the Board certain outstanding payments due to partners and suppliers, and the Board has since rectified and repaid ALL accumulated debts of HK$800,000 accrued up to March 2015.
Since March 2015, Mr William Yip has no relations with the Company and also has no authority to act on behalf of the Company. We reserve our rights to hold Mr William Yip liable for any unauthorized use of the Company’s Intellectual Property and infringement of copyrights. In addition, the Company is a separate entity from Theatre Noir Ltd (incorporated by Mr William Yip on 27 December 2007 and dissolved on 27 May 2016). We reserve our rights to recover all the loss and damages due to any outstanding payments due and payable by Theatre Noir Ltd and Mr William Yip.
