You can either inbox message (PM) us or send us an email at [email protected] for any enquiry or to place your order. Payment must be made within 2 days after order confirmation or the order will not proceed and be void. Please send inbox message or email us your bank receipt as proof of purchase. Sometimes we face problems like lack of available quantity or price change that we might not be able to provide you with what you ordered,if that's the case, we will arrange a refund or replacement of goods as soon as possible. If you cannot accept such situation please do not place your order. Goods arrival arrangement :
(1) Local Courier
Most of the orders will deliver the next day, but for N.T. area such as Yuen Long, Tin Shui Wai may need one or even two delivery day. Please understand we cannot control their delivery time, if necessary, please get the courier slip from us and to check with the the courier company directly about the exact delivery date and time. (2) Pickup - Please support environmental protection, "Bring Your Own Bag" and kindly provides:

We always recommend to add HK$15.50 for register mail as if the parcel is being sent by regular mail, we will not be able to chase or query and we will not be responsible for the lost
There's chances for mail to be received in 5 days or even 7 days, please BE PATIENT and if you still do not get your parcel in 5 days, please feel free to contact us to check on the sent date
*** If we are unable to provide your order item, we will issue full refund within 5 days and no other responsibility will be held
*** If there's any problem with your product, please voice out [PM] us within 2 days or we will not be responsible for it

一般安排速遞後第二天會派送, 但如較偏遠地區如元朗, 天水圍可能要多一天甚至多兩天派送時間. 請明白派送時間本店不能控制, 如有需要, 請向我們要求速遞單自行致電速遞公司有關派送確實日期及時間
我們不能代辦查詢因速遞公司最終仍是需要收件人直接聯絡
(2) 佐敦門市自取 － 支持環保取貨時最好《自備購物袋》及 提供 ：

(3)速遞到取 － 由於很多客人會自行安排速遞到取，為免交錯貨速遞單上必需要清楚註明 ：

(4) 郵局派件狀況有不穩定的時候，有時一兩天，亦試過要 7天
請您耐心等候，如 5天後仍未收到包裹，可跟我們聯絡查詢寄出日期．平郵貨品一旦寄失我們是沒法查詢或追究，本店不會負責，所以郵寄請考慮加 HK$15.50 掛號費用
