相信沒有人會反對一個設計完善的培訓計劃是有利于企業人才的挽留。 由於我們的董事及合作伙伴圴在不同的專業領域擁有豐富的經驗, 所以我們可以為客戶貼身地設計不同的培訓課程, 並作出培訓, 令客戶能夠避免人才的流失。 在這一方面, 我們曾為一國際性銀行的前線員工提供一個名為 「國際貿易運作, 貿易融資產品和信貸分析技巧初探」 的培訓課程, 目的是讓他們對國際貿易運作和相關的融資產品, 以及基本的信貸分析技巧有一定的認識, 使他們和客戶溝通及在分析客戶風險時更能得心應手。
