👉🏻早於2009年,他已率先開創穿戴式「提醒治療法」,裝置會發出提示信號,引導患者使用偏癱肢體進行居家訓練。🚶🏻最新一代「Remind-to-Move(RTM)感知提示手環」升級至閉環系統,結合AI、腦神經科學及運動學技術,即時分析數據並提供反饋,同時自動調整方案,令復康治療更個人化,病患更快回歸正常生活。🚀

👉🏻Since as early as 2009, he has led his team in developing “Remind-to-Move (RTM) therapy” using wearable rehabilitation devices that emit timely signals to prompt patients to actively use their hemiparetic limbs during home-based training. 🚶🏻 Their new-generation RTM sensory wristband has been upgraded to a closed-loop system, integrating AI, neuroscience and kinematic technologies to deliver real-time feedback and automatically adjust treatment regimens. This makes rehabilitation more personalised and helps patients return to normal daily life sooner. 🚀
Prof. Fong’s innovations have been patented in the US and the Chinese Mainland ✨, and the previous generation of the open-loop RTM devices has been adopted for over a decade by 16 public hospitals in Hong Kong and the Kessler Rehabilitation Center in the US.
