Junior Achievement Hong Kong (JA HK) is one of the 100+ members of JA Worldwide, and a leading provider of Other Learning Experiences in Hong Kong. Our programs enable young people to learn the world of work from the first-hand experience of business volunteers. Since our establishment in 2001, we have engaged the support of over 30,000 business volunteers from some 700 companies to serve more than 450,000 students from over 600 schools. 【Preparing for Future University Study: Start with Smart Money Habits Today! 💻✨】
🚀 From knowing little about money management to learning how to budget and set financial goals, Form 4 student Wen Wai To from Kiangsu-Chekiang College (Kwai Chung), has experienced a remarkable transformation through the DBS Foundation x JA Finance Park . By consistently saving 20% to 30% of his monthly allowance, Wai To achieved his goal of purchasing his dream gaming console within just six months. More importantly, he discovered that good financial management is a powerful tool for turning aspirations into reality.

Now, he is setting his sights on a new goal: saving up for a computer so he can learn programming and better prepare himself for university and future career opportunities. 💡

A huge thank you to The Starbucks Foundation and Starbucks Hong Kong for their support of the JA Youth Career Program 🥰❤️

Last year, the program benefited more than 670 students. Among them, over 300 secondary school students aged 15 to 18 participated in 10 career readiness workshops at Starbucks Community Stores. With the support of nearly 80 Starbucks partners, students gained first-hand experience of a barista's role ☕ while exploring diverse opportunities in the food and beverage industry and the future world of work.
