【大公報專版刊發｜華潤“青雲啟夢”點亮港青職業夢想】
8月24日，《大公報》以專版形式，對華潤集團“青雲啟夢”香港青少年職業體驗活動進行了深度報導。六年來，這項活動已累計為香港青少年提供超過500個職業體驗機會，成為華潤在香港履行社會責任、助力青年人才成長的特色品牌。
作為參與企業之一，華潤方圓倍感榮幸能夠參與這項意義非凡的青年發展計畫，與香港青年同行，為他們提供瞭解企業運作、接觸專業服務行業的實踐平臺。
華潤方圓迎來了4位來自“青雲啟夢”計畫的中學生，在公司開展為期三天的職業體驗活動。
活動期間，同學們走進華潤方圓真實職場，通過交流分享、案例學習和崗位體驗等形式，瞭解企業運營模式，近距離接觸公司治理、合規管理、數位科技及上市公司秘書服務等專業領域，感受專業服務行業的工作內容與團隊協作文化。
同時，同學們分別在人力資源及行政部、智慧與數字科技部、合規部及上市公司秘書部等業務及與職能部門開展體驗學習。各部門同事結合自身工作和行業經驗進行分享與指導，幫助同學們拓闊視野、增長見聞，並在實踐中收穫啟發。
未來，華潤方圓將繼續踐行企業社會責任，積極支援青年發展，為年輕一代創造更多學習與實踐機會，助力他們啟迪夢想、規劃未來。

On 24 August, Ta Kung Pao published a special feature highlighting China Resources Group’s Hong Kong Youth Career Experience Programme. Over the past six years, the initiative has provided more than 500 career experience opportunities for Hong Kong youths, becoming a flagship programme that reflects China Resources’ commitment to corporate social responsibility and youth development in Hong Kong.
As one of the participating organisations, CR SWCS is honoured to support this meaningful youth development initiative by providing young people with valuable opportunities to understand business operations and gain exposure to the professional services industry.
This year, CR SWCS welcomed four secondary school students from the Programme for a three-day workplace experience.
During the programme, students were immersed in a real corporate environment through sharing sessions, case studies, and hands-on workplace experiences. They gained insights into business operations and explored professional fields including corporate governance, compliance management, digital technology, and listed company secretarial services, while experiencing the collaborative culture of the professional services sector.
Students also participated in experiential learning across various business and corporate functions, including the Human Resources & Administration Department, AI & Digital Technology Department, Compliance Department, and Listed Company Secretarial Department. Colleagues from each team shared their professional expertise and industry insights, helping students broaden their horizons, deepen their understanding of the workplace, and gain inspiration for their future career paths.
Looking ahead, CR SWCS will continue to uphold its commitment to corporate social responsibility and youth development, creating more learning and practical opportunities for the next generation, empowering young people to pursue their aspirations and prepare for the future
