KPMG’s Customer Due Diligence Operations is operated under the Managed Services and provide operational excellence, subject matter expertise with leading edge tools and technology to deliver fast, efficient and high-quality outcomes to meet our clients’ most critical business needs. Responsibilities

- Identify and verify KYC documents and customer statistic data
- Process customer’s application and engage directly with customers to obtain specific information
- Support financial crime-based investigations
- Achieving individual targets and performance expectations and development
- Manage caseload throughout end to end process in timely manner
- Comply with relevant regulations and requirements for customer due diligence
Timely escalation of issues (relating to on-boarding) to supervisor


Requirements

- Diploma holder or above in any disciplines (Candidates with HKALE / HKDSE / HKCEE or equivalent secondary education background, and prior customer services experience would also be considered)
- Experience of working in customer service capacity (e.g. call centre, airline, hospitality) or handling customer due diligence business processes is an advantage
- Good communication skills and good command on written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English
- Ability to assimilate and apply detailed process instructions
- Strong analytical skills and problem solving, self-motivation and possess an enquiring mind
- Strong desire to deliver results with attention to accuracy and detail
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and willing to accept challenges
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) or other related applications
- A good team player with the ability to deliver efficient working outcomes and overcome challenges even under pressure
- Proactive and solutions driven, with the ability to thrive in a challenging environment
- A Five-day work week

Overview
KPMG Managed Services (MSS) delivers large scale processing and remediation services through innovative and technology-enabled solutions. Through remediation services, we provide cost effective business solutions to clients, and provide organisations with customised project plans and regulated business processes to achieve operational efficiencies across different sectors and industries.

Responsibilities
This is an operations based role where you will be part of a big team with individual caseload responsibilities. You will:-
- Engage directly with customers to obtain specific information
- Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally to make customer experience positive
- Process and review customer applications from start to finish and take prompt actions along the journey to ensure timely and compliant completion
- Learn technical skills and become fluent and familiar with established Operation Guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures
- Conduct and support quality assurance, quality control, vetting and internal compliance checks on individual cases
- Provide feedback/results to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner
- Be required to deliver high standards in productivity and quality outputs.
- Part-time is also welcomed

Requirements
- Experience of handling application processes / administrative work is helpful. Candidates with no relevant experience would also be considered. Training will be provided.
- Good communication skills and good command of written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese) and English. Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
- Diploma degree or above in any discipline (candidates with HKALE / HKDSE / HKCEE or equivalent secondary education background and prior administrative experience would also be considered)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) or similar applications
- Good analytical and problem-solving capabilities with an enquiring mind
- A good team player, efficient and can remain composed under pressure

A few of our key offerings are supporting financial services clients in undertaking Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Financial Crime Reviews and Investigations or any other projects delivered through a Managed Services model.

Depending on the project you are deployed to, you can be responsible for conducting review in line with client policy to fulfil CDD requirements, such as verifying the identity of its customers and performing detailed due diligence to assess potential risks, otherwise known as Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Know Your Customer (KYC). The MSS Executive may also be assigned to other engagements including investigation support, processing or reviewing applications from customers. In all engagements, you will be expected to deliver against targets for productivity, quality and customer engagement, managing your own caseload and taking client feedback from approvers, Quality Control and Quality Assurance who are responsible for quality checking cases.
